Meetings

Some meetings are extended into a social event after the meeting. Ladies are invited to these great potluck dinners. In fact, ladies who accompany their men to this lodge are always welcome to attend the social after any meeting. Please make arrangements to access the main hall of the lodge, as the front door remains locked.

Spouses are welcome to the after meetings socials of every meeting!

PLEASE NOTE A NEW FORM Download Barkerville Vehicle Access form THAT WILL GET YOU INTO THE LODGE VIA MOTOR VEHICLE.
THE FORM IS TO BE LEFT WITH SECURITY AND IF NO ONE IS THERE I DO BELIEVE THERE IS A CONTRACTORS WORKING BOX AFFIXED TO THE WALL OF THE RECEPTION CENTER, THE "BIG YELLOW BUILDING", LEAVE IT THERE. (DURING OPEN BARKERVILLE PROGRAMS PLEASE PARK AT THE MAIN PARKING LOT AND IF NEEDED, ASK FOR TRANSPORT ASSISTANCE AT THE VISITOR CENTRE.)

VICTORIAN CHRISTMAS IS ON THIS YEAR AND SOME OF THE QUAINT SHOPS WILL BE OPEN. DURING THE PROGRAMS VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE SITE, PLEASE PARK IN THE MAIN PARKING LOT. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO WALK UP TO THE LODGE PLEASE LET ME (BRO. JOE BARE PH. 250-992-7937) KNOW AS WE ARE WORKING WITH BARKERVILLE SECURITY SO WE CAN ARRANGE A RIDE IN AND OUT.
